Within Atria district, neear SM so it's easy to find. Clean and decent budget hotel. Manage your expectations. Staff was polite and helpful, especially with giving directions. With complimentary breakfast. Buffet is ok, usual Filipino breakfast. I skipped on my second day but the staff called to inform me in case I forgot. Linens and towels were a bit old but clean.

Very affordable. Very accessible to commute. Great location near Jaro. If you have car or motor, there is secured parking inside their gate. No curfew. Check in check out no hassle. Wifi good. Walking distance to Iloilo Supermart Jaro.

I made the booking for my cousin who is largely satisfied with my choice for his accommodation. As I was told, the hotel is in great location directly opposite SM City, budget friendly, competent staff and with good facilities and amenities.

I can tell one thing: you won't find anything else by this price. The place was so clean and safe. The staffs were helpful and friendly. I recommend this if you are on a tight budget but wants to experience comfort on your stay!
