First of all, George and Kim, the hosts, really make you feel at home. They are so nice and dedicated to provide the best experience. The location is great, just around the main gate. The rooms are very comfortable with good space to keep your stuff. The toilets are super clean. We have coffe, snacks, banana available all day. Breakfast in the morning with toasts, ham, butter, peanut butter, fruits, biscuits. And everyday they offer a homemade local snack for us to try. That’s so kind. They give you flipflops when you arrive to use in the building. Every day we spent there was a joy. Definitely recomend it to anyone going to Chiang Mai 😍

The location is phenomenal and absolutely go up to the rooftop and watch sunrise, sunset or both. Absolutely gorgeous.

The property is 800 metres from the city centre and 800 metres from Wat Phra Singh. One of the best hostels I have stayed. Everything is clean and new, amazing breakfast to choose from. Owner is amazing lady, super friendly and helpful. Super nice common area where to chill out. There is a nice cafe with good and cheap coffee/food. On 2nd floor is a quiet place to work.
