very spacious and stylish villa with a nice garden with plenty of seating areas guests are welcome to enjoy their time in the communal lounge, or watch a casual movie in the TV seating area, and when the weather is nice, you can either sit on the terrace, or the garden seating area and have a bonfire or a barbeque Kitchenette is available for heating food or preparing drinks, but if you are in the mood to cook a home meal, you are more than welcome to use the external kitchen fully equipped with your needs if you want to dine, we got that covered, you can either sit on the bar in the kitchenette for a fast meal, or sit with loved ones on the twelve seater dining table don't limit your imagination and have a good time Due to our close proximity to Abu Dhabi International Airport, we are catering for the high demand of transit guests, we understand that their time is valuable, and we need to accommodate that . Therefore we can adjust check in and check out for select guests, given the availability of the rooms. we can also assist them with food orders from local vendors as long as they pay for their orders. also we noticed a lot of transit guests have extra needs! Therefore we offer 15 minute stretching exercise in the garden for guests free of charge (with prior booking). Getting a ride to the airport can be arranged , guests just have to ask and we will contact the local taxi provider and they can pay either cash or by card. For animal lovers, you can enjoy a walk with one of our pets along the beautiful green route just outside the property. If you want to enjoy the outdoors in the garden, perhaps a bonfire, or just tea in the terrace, that can be arranged too at a minimal charge. For our beloved guests: If you stayed with us on your way to your holiday, stay with us on your way back home! And we will ensure to give you a 10% discount just for returning to Casa Shakhbout.

very quiet neighborhood, close to AUH international airport with plenty designated walking and cycling paths. Yas Island is a short commute where you can avail a wide array of entertainment options.
