The entire secondary unit space is comprised of 2 studio apartment units connected by an inside breezeway. Each unit is completely self-contained. Total 2 rooms ensuite with 2 queen sized beds and a twin bed . *Twin sized bed may be removed upon request. The space is newly remodeled and we aim to add modern amenities for your comfort. The property is on a hill with a broad view of the ocean, and oasis of tropical plants and fruit trees. The units are on the lower level of our home. My family resides on the upper level and the units are on the lower level. Units are accessible to each other both inside and outside. Our home has a remote gated entrance and paved driveway with ample parking. We have backup water storage and backup power generator(a must if you live in the Caribbean). Each studio is independent with air conditioning, separate keyed entrance, motorized hurricane shutter, kitchenette, ceiling fan, TV, hot water with rain-shower head, hair dryer, memory foam bed, dedicated workspace, and Fiber Optic internet access. Guests are provided with a gate remote and keys to the apartment. All windows are screened to keep our bugs. There is a seaview from every window.

We are from Antigua and have travelled to almost every continent. Growing up, we welcomed exchange students through local schools, the Lions club, and through church. I have also gone on some amazing adventures doing homestays and learning French and Spanish. Today, I enjoy kitesurfing, sailing, and our 365 beaches. I also enjoy visiting new places and meeting new people to learn and appreciate how others across the world spend their days.

Located just 10 min to Beaches at Dickenson Bay, Airport, shopping, and town. Closest beach is 5 minutes away. Crosbies is a highly desirable upscale location. The neighborhood is quiet and although you are in the Caribbean, you will not be awoken by roosters or the sounds of traffic. There is no through traffic, and the environment is considered to be safe and tranquil.
