The hotel is well placed 10 min from the bazar, very proper and calm, the view is just amazing. Joana is very nice person, she offers to pick me up to the city center, very friendly and welcoming. + breakfast is copious

Great views and very friendly owner. Lovely tight windy drive to get to the property which adds to the experience. Very narrow streets. Don’t rely on Google Maps for the route as you will get to a dead end. The owner will suggest a main route

The owner was lovely and the breakfast, on the balcony with a stunning view, was a real highlight. The room was very comfortable and cozy, with our own balcony. Great location, with spectacular views and an easy walk to the town centre. Having a parking place was very helpful, bearing in mind how difficult the town can be to navigate by car.

Wow! This place is definitely worth a visit! Joana is an amazing host that ensures that her guests get the best possible stay at her guest house located high up on the hillside. The rooms are incredibly cozy that fits really well into the town's atmosphere. In the morning she prepares traditional Albanian breakfast, enjoyed with the beautiful view over the mountains and Gjirokaster castle. Highly recommend to stay here!

I can only say, the overall experience was AMAZING! The communication before the arrival was excellent, everything was properly handled for us to have a great experience! Everything was clean and tidy with all necessary things for a great stay! The views are amazing and we had great conversations and advises from Joana about Albanian culture, lifestyle and tips for places to see and visit. The breakfast was great, they were very accommodating with some special requests we had! This is a small piece of heaven in earth, full conexión with nature where you can feel really disconnected! Is also greatly located, 10 minutes walking distance tk the bazar (main attractions of the city). What I could feel was LOVE AND DEDICATION! Thanks a lot Joana for every single details!

Joanna, the host, was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful with recommendations to visit the area. The video she made was very helpful to find her home. Without it, we would have had trouble finding her place. The location was great, and we enjoyed the view of the castle from her patio, where she served us a wonderful home cooked and traditional breakfast. The room worked well for us and was very quiet for sleeping. Joanna helped us park our car beside the room. Overall, we would not hesitate to recommend this cute and charming guestroom. Joanna's hospitality was heartfelt.

Beautiful views over the castle and surroundings from the terrace. Very kind host. Comprehensive breakfast. Very clear instructions of how to get to the place and how to walk into town via the tunnel underneath the castle.

The location ist superb, because the place is up on the mountains with a spectacular view on Gjirokaster castle and the valley. To the castle it is only 10 minutes on foot, same to the bazaar, where we could find a lot of restaurants serving good traditional Albanian food. The host Joana was really nice and helpful. The rooms are small, but clean with a great value for money. We definitely want to return to the place.
