Located on an nice alm Berggasthaus Höllensteinhütte is 4 km from the Hintertuxer Gletscher Ski Area and 3 km from the centre of Tux, and it houses a restaurant serving traditional Austrian cuisine. A sauna can be used by all guests. In the summertime it is possible to drive up in front of the house, while in winter, a free shuttle service only at check-in and check-out is available upon request (extra charge for additional shuttle service). Free Wi-Fi can be used in the entire property. In winter, guests can use toboggans for reaching the village's centre, while a taxi shuttle is available at a surcharge for going back to the property. At Sport-Moden Bernhard guests receive a 10% discount on ski rentals.
