The host, Martin, was exceptional. He is very welcoming and kind. In addition, the property was very clean and comfortable. The room was very new. Furthermore, the facilities like the ski locker were great. Even heaters in the locker to dry you ski shoes. Access to the property/lockers is very convenient through key passes. It is even possible to enter an elevator from the street directly.

Super friendly proprietor who looked after us very well during our short stay. We were two friends travelling and sharing a twin room. As hotel was not full we were shown a selection of rooms so we could decide which was most comfortable for us. Food was great too!

Great location , bus stop virtually meters away . Super clean, lovely modern rooms , traditional Austrian feel , excellent restaurant, had an amazing dinner . Staff were prompt , welcoming and engaging , a table at the restaurant had already been booked for us on the night we stayed so we wouldn’t miss out . Had special room to put hiking boots in to dry after hiking , everything planned and thought thru, just excellent

Dorfstube is a nice and well maintained boutique hotel in the beautiful village of Holzgau. The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. The view is fantastic. The staff at this hotel were very welcoming and friendly. My room looked as if it had been updated within the past couple of years, was very clean, comfortable, and was well lit. I appreciated the location, just off the main road at the end of the path to the Holzgau suspension bridge. Dinner was very good! I sat outside on the large patio with enough seating for about 25-30 people without feeling cramped. For breakfast I had an assortment of meat and cheese with fresh bread and coffee.
