We stayed with family for two nights. The location is perfect! The Ski bus stop is close to the hotel, and the parking area is around 200 meters away, but it's okay. The room is quiet and comfortable, and the mattresses are excellent! The view is fantastic! The restaurant is delicious, the staff is amiable, and there is nothing to complain about.

The food was amazing. Lots of vegetarian options and variety. Excellent buffet and a La carte breakfast. Amazing buffet snack in the afternoon. Special shout out to Tobias who looked after us at dinner. My room was super comfortable and spacious with a fantastic view. Staff were friendly and facilities great for families but didn’t feel “kiddie”. Communal spaces well designed and spacious. Great location for ski lift. Ski in- ski out when there’s snow!

Klaus is exceptional. Friendly accommodating and professional. The attention to detail are fabulous throughout the Hotel. The staff are great too and very helpful when the children had minor food requests. The chef is outstanding, the quality of the food impressive and delicious. The rooms are really comfortable and decorated tastefully. Spacious and stylish, with sizeable balconies. We are a big family group of all ages on a skiing holiday, celebrating the Christmas break. The New Years Eve celebrations were wonderful, Klaus put on a lovely Gala Dinner with multiple courses starting with a glass of Champagne, ending with beer fresh from the kegs, fireworks and midnight buffet. The Goulash is so tasty. Perfectly located for the Ski Schools and slopes. I would recommend the Hotel to everyone.
