Maria was friendly. The room wasn't ready when we arrived as she hadn't seen the booking but she offered us a drink whilst she got the room ready. We needed to do some laundry and there is a washing machine available. We were travelling by motorbike and we could put our bike in the garage overnight.

The property is located in the hills in a nice quiet place with panoramic views. We booked a 40 m2 quadruple room, very large and bright with a nice balcony with panoramic views. The pool area is delightful, large and very private. The evening breakfast and restaurant service is great with outdoor space. The staff were very nice and helpful.

I spent two nights in Velden for a biking event and the room I booked exceeded my expectations. It was clean, had a kitchen and living room that overlook the mountains.
