Das Appartmenthaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, wir hatten einen schönen Blick auf die Gerlitzen Alpe. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Faaker See ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt, es stehen auch ausreichend Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Es gibt einen eigenen Strandzugang mit separaten Kabinen, Liegen und Sonnenschirmen für alle Ferienwohnungen. Der Zugang zum Wasser mit einem Steg mit Treppe ist für Schwimmer ideal. Es gibt auch ein Tretboot zur freien Benutzung. Ein Bäcker liefert jeden Morgen frische Backwaren.
