Stay in this gorgeous four bedroom marina home on your next trip to Exmouth! The holiday house has been set up with meticulous attention to detail for you to have a marvelous getaway to the Ningaloo Reef. Wander down to the canals and onto your own private jetty suitable for up to a 15m boat. Walk just across the road to the beach, or take a stroll for an evening cocktail and some delicious dining at Mantaray's or Whalers. Downstairs: Large Open Plan Living, Dining, and Kitchen Bedroom 2 - King (can be made to twin singles when requested) Bedroom 3 - 2 King Singles (can be made to a king sized when requested) Bedroom 4 - 2 King Singles (can be made to a king sized when requested) Large Family Bathroom Laundry Upstairs: Master Retreat with Ensuite and Walk in Robe Upstairs Deck Outside: Fully Fenced Yard Large Downstairs Deck Outdoor Shower Jetty with power and water available and will suit up to a 15m vessel. The property also includes a porta cot and high chair. Parking for 3 vehicles and 2 boats / trailers. Please note there is no guest access to the garage.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle by walking to shops and eateries. Exmouth is the ideal location for a leisurely stroll or bicycle ride. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required in advance. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. The taxi service caters for general transport needs, however a visit to the scenic Cape Range N.P and the many beautiful beaches will require a private vehicle or joining a day tour. Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year; we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, as early as possible to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes, and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
