Friendly staff, quick checkin and checkout process. The rooms are very well appointed, furnished and tidy. Love the general aesthetic. A stand out for me was the soaps and products in the rooms. First of all, as someone with an MIT allergy, is so refreshing to see a product that clearly states the absence of this preservative labelled on the front. I also love from a sustainability standpoint that they are not in tiny bottles. Walking distance to so much in the city. We went to a concert at Riverstage and it was an easy walk. Would definitely stay here again, particularly as Donna Chang is just downstairs and I didn’t get a chance to eat there for my overnight stay.
