Location was in a peaceful cul de sac right next to the golf course with easy access to a walking path to Emu point. The room was comfortable and we had a spa bath in ours. all the extras you would expect. In addition the hostess provided port and cakes each afternoon that you can help yourself to.
Breakfast was adequate , you could have eggs cooked to your liking in addition to toast, muffins, cereals and the most delicious bercher muesli and berry compote and poached pears with cinnamon. The satff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

When we checked in our request for a high floor had been missed. Iginaticio immediately moved us to a quiet room on the fourth floor ( the highest).
Excellent breakfast buffet; eggs cooked to order, would make additional French toast or waffles if what was on the buffet was a bit “ tired”. When the self serve coffee machine went on the blink ( chocolate dispenser was blocked) the staff made coffee at the bar to order until the maintenance staff serviced the public machine. Staff all were well trained, attentive to the point of knowing exactly what our preferences were after one morning!
We couldn’t fault the room cleaning staff. All our special requests were met.
Best of all was the entire hotel was quiet! No loud music in the hallways, minimal music outside the elevator. What a blessing not to have loud music foisted upon one!

ALBANY is amazing.
ALBANY is amazing. We have visited numerous times over the past 20 yrs but the first cabin No 1 Rose Gardens at Emu Point was awful. We asked to be moved and for an extra fee we were offered much better accommodation which was lovely. The managers were friendly...however not happy that we thought the first cabin was dirty and run down.

art galleries, woodwork gallery, helpful tourist information office, food and coffee outlets. Visit the Vancouver Arts Centre for interesting installations as well as the historic old hospital building.
The Albany Heritage Park and National Anzac Centre are well worth visiting and revisiting - what a wealth of historical information in an engaging, interactive display! Nearby coastal highlights at Emu Point and The Gap and Natural Bridge are not to be missed. This is an area of stunning natural beauty.

Albany is beautiful especially at this time of the year. Loads of nice restaurants and cafes to visit. Well stocked supermarkets for some self catering. Plenty of places to visit and explore. Wilson’s brewery was our favourite place to visit. We went twice 😃Also loved seeing the chainsaw sculpture drive.

I actually came to Albany for 3 days after working so many hours the previous 4 weeks and just wanted to get away. I also wanted to do the Anzac War museum tour which I did I spent 2 and a half hours there and I'm not sure I got it all done. I plan to come down again and re do the tour
Beautifully renovated property, with everything you’d need for a holiday away. You can tell Gina has put a lot of thought into making sure all the finer details are covered. The house had everything! She was incredibly responsive to our messages and helpful with tips on places to visit. The property is located very close to the beach, a fab cafe and bar only steps away, and lots of walking tracks nearby. We had a gorgeous weekend in Albany - thanks.
Central location of the hotel is great. It is a 5-minute stroll into town. We rented the 2-bedroom family suite and the room was spacious, clean and tidy. The beds where comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. We parked right outside the door in our own car bay. Complimentary bottled water. A TV in the main room. A good ridge that kept drinks cold.
Cabin was self contained with shower/ toilet/ wash basin, Kitchen, Fridge, TV, Air- conditioner/ heater, which suited our needs as we were just looking for a base in Albany to stay at night while we took in the sites. Staff were very helpful. A nice quiet location easy to get to off the Albany Hiway, yet only 10 minutes into downtown Albany, and close to shopping centre.
Loved the self contained apartment with all the amenities. More comfortable than a hotel stay when staying for a few nights. The accommodation was out of the main centre of Albany, but walking distance to Middleton beach and a couple of good cafe's, pubs and fish and chips. We preferred staying here an driving in to Albany, but that may not be for everyone!
Very well organised hotel, beds are very confortable, the room - kitchen and bathroom included - was clean (as always, it was the 3rd time we came in 4 years). Easy place to stay to enjoy Albany and the coast.
The property was amazing, everything you need was there. The hosts were great. One of the cleanest holiday lets we have stayed in. Will definitely be returning next time we are in Albany.
Perfectly located for Middleton Beach Lots of great walks in the area Very peaceful and quiet location just what we both like Will definitely come here the next tjme we come to Albany
Location was overlooking the bay back towards Albany town centre. Very relaxing, quiet and a good location for visiting the wind farm, blowholes, natural arch, etc.
