At Motel Nomad we've re-imagined the ’roadside motel’ by combining modern furnishings with minimalist design to create a stay that is friendly, casual and above all, comfortable. Refurbished in 2018, our Queenslander inspired, motel with 30 year-old bones is set in a relaxed palm-filled compound. The property features 54 suites, studios, and apartments. Chill out in the pool, or unwind in the spa. Breakfast is available to your room or why not eat in the shade of our Poolside Patio. Room service is available through Yankee D’s, 2018 winner of Cairns’ Best Burger - voted by the people of Cairns! Yankee Dee’s also has in-house dining. Their unique menu set of American street-food style foods and home-style cooking love of food, is uncontested.

We're positioned between the Direct Factory Outlet (DFO) Shopping Centre and Cazalys Entertainment & Football Club, just minutes from Cairns City. We are just minutes away from all popular destinations; Cairns Central Shopping Centre, Cairns Convention Centre - home of local NBL stars Cairns Taipans, Cairns Cruise Liner Terminal, Cairns Art Gallery, Rusty’s Markets, Cairns Esplanade and more.
