It has an undercover front deck with spectacular sea views. Direct beach access is located across the road. The house features a queen sized room with full bathroom, reverse cycle split system air conditioning, 2 large screen TV’s, Blu Ray players and a retro library of DVD's and books. There is a fully equipped kitchen offering Miele dishwasher, cook-top, oven, microwave, large fridge and filtered water on tap. There is off street, undercover parking and a fenced backyard plus a BBQ and outdoor setting. Linen and towels are provided. Complimentary kitchen pantry, toiletries and laundry items are also included. Port Elliot Beachcomber on Horseshoe Bay linen included spotless is just 150 metres walk along Basham Parade to the Flying Fish Café & Soldier’s Memorial Gardens.

Cross the road for direct beach access. Your home away from home is in a fantastic location,, just 150m stroll along Basham Parade to the Flying Fish Café & Soldier’s Memorial Gardens. Offering a queen sized room, with full bathroom, reverse cycle split system air conditioning, 2 large screen TV’s, DVD/Video players and a retro library of videos and books. Enjoy the fully appointed kitchen with a Miele dishwasher, cook-top, oven, microwave, large fridge and filtered water on tap.
