Perfectly located just steps to Iluka Bay and Charlie Ryan Park, which will please all of the family. Large 3 bedroom home with room for the extended family! There is ample room in the front yard for an extra boat or vehicle parking, plus a single tandem garage. Large open plan living area for all the family to stretch out, plus an extra space to escape the kids off the main bedroom. Ideal for everyone! Parking includes 1 garage with 2 spaces (tandem) plus external parking and boat parking at the front of the garage.
