Please note that Turtle Beach Resort is a 3-storey building and does not have any lifts. Each level is only accessed via stairs which may be unsuitable for some guests.
Please note that a mid-week housekeeping service is offered for stays of 9 or more nights.

Friday-Saturday 07:00 until 21:00
Please note a 1.65% credit card surcharge applies to all transactions.
A valid credit card must be shown upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation, and the same credit card used at the time of booking.
We are now open for all travel and a selection of guest facilities are open for use. Please contact Turtle Beach Resort directly to check which facilities are open due to current travel restrictions.
Please be advised the Light Rail extension development project is currently in progress, there may be some noise from the nearby construction. We do apologise and thank you for your understanding.
Please note that the Splash Zone will be closed for maintenance on Monday 15th April for approx. 3-5 days. Ground floor patios will be closed for approx. 6 weeks from Monday 29th April for rectification works. The TB1 Mushroom Pool will be closed for approx. 4-5 weeks from Monday 6th May for safety and maintenance repairs.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
