Lorne is an idyllic coastal hamlet with the Otways National Forest and hiking trails, waterfalls and heaps of Australian wild life at your back door. From casual dining, Hamburgers at the highly regarded Bottle of Milk or Burritos at Mexican Republic, to great pub fare at the Lorne Hotel, with 5 star dining at Ipsos (Greek), Tottis (Italian) and Almyra or wonderful Cafes a plenty, Lorne is a food lovers dream. If you are looking for thrills or adventure, Guests can visit 'Live Wire Park' for tree climbing, zip line and heaps of fun, or book in Surfing lessons on the awesome Lorne Surf break or hike to Erskine falls to take in the views & natural surrounds. However, one of the best parts of Lorne is the views you have on the world famous Great Ocean Road as you drive into Lorne and the beach views towards the Lorne Pier whilst you stay. Lorne has heaps to do and enjoy but, also a great place to escape and go at your own pace. If you visit once, you will definitely visit again!
