The hotel boasts an excellent location, nestled in the heart of Pleven, within easy walking distance of superb restaurants and the picturesque water attraction Cascade.
The room was immaculate and peaceful, while the staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. I don't have any problems, everything looked clean and the main thing the breakfast from the restaurant was delicious. Free parking in front of the door. The price was amazing. A great stay at this hotel.

Pleven can pleasantly surprise anyone who has not visited it.
Those who love museums and historical monuments could take 2 days to explore all that is in the city. The Pleven panorama is impressive, especially considering when it was done (1977). Kaylaka Park is great - well worth the walk. Storgosia Fortress is interesting, but only for those who like "climbing old forts".
Downtown also offers pretty good places to walk - the city garden is well-kept, and the central part is nice. The river is neglected and quite a few places are crying out for mowing, but overall the destination is worth it.
There are quite a few interesting sites nearby such as the Devetashka Cave and the Krushun waterfalls, you can also go to Belene or Nikopol.
In the evenings there is somewhere to go out to a bar, and there are other night spots in town.

Unless you enjoy fountains and some nice church architecture then there isn't much to see, but these two are spectacular. It's a nice stop off for a night between Bucarest and Sofia. There's plenty resturants around the center and it's east to walk around.

The hotel staff is very rude.
The hotel staff is very rude. Most of them do not understand English and Manager (Vasi) says guest should understand and speak Bulgarian. Clearly they do not want foreign guests in Hotel.
Wifi is worst and can not connect ever. Room are not clean, phone does work in room, Manager does not take action on complaint and does not listen also to guests concerns.
Breakfast was dry, stale and rubbish. Will not recommend for anyone to stay in the hotel

The pedestrian street is quite long and you can also ride a bike, skate or go walk with your children. The fountains and waterfall are very nice at night, because they are lighted in multiple colors. You can also see some old buildings and eat a good ice-cream with a view!
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Walking distance to the city garden and the city center, literally 5 minutes away. You have grocery store next door, really good restaurant with children's play zone as well 2 minutes walking called DEJAVU. Apartment is renovated (except the walking entrance which really doesn't matter), but all rooms are renovated, and beds are comfortable, the place is EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN which we loved it!
Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The room was spacious, warm and very clean. The bed was more than comfortable. We loved the compliment of coffee. I liked the willingness of the staff to cover all our needs. A polite and smiling lady directed us to one of the preferred restaurants to enjoy the evening. Stay here if you travel to Pleven :)
Brilliant location to the city and shops. We felt very safe at the property as there is a private entrance to the apartment and a locked gate to the building.
It was clean, and seemed newly renovated.
We will definitely stay here again when we visit Pleven.
The host was lovely and gave us some homemade cake.
The appartment is clean and comfortable, close to the city center. The host is a friendly girl. There is no parking, but the car can be left close to the appartment. It is perfect that we could leave the appartment at any time because we didn't have to wait for a host, there is another option for this.
Liliya met me to let me in and show me the facility, which I was impressed with. Other tenants share the apartment and you meet with them in the communal kitchen, which makes for good conversation. Each, of course, has his/her own private room. The place is close to all city highlights.
Newly built hotel near the University. My namesake (Martin) at reception was very friendly and helpful.
Everything was as you would expect - brand new and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds and blackout curtains. Great value for money.
It will be an excellent hotel when completed.
The location is OK, 10 minutes from the city center and in a quiet zone. The hotel is warm (outside were -10 °C) and the water is hot. Breakfast is OK, good food and coffee. The staff was helpful and they answered my email in a short time. The price/quality ratio is very good.
The hotel is suited at the centre of the city; they upgraded us to a small apartment instead of double room. The furniture is old but still cosy. They allow us a late check out as our meeting was in the afternoon. It was clean and quiet. Really good value for money.
The staff was very friendly and positive. The location is very good - in the heart of Pleven. The breakfast is good. If you stay there book deluxe room.
There is parking area, but not enough for the capacity of the hotel. We were lucky to get one place.
Very safe location, video surveillance all around the property, double locks. Elevator in great condition. Very clean, no insects and ac is working. The view is towards the city street, and it gives the impression of how people there live.
Best I've seen in Pleven. Location is easy to reach, the bulding and rooms look good. Everything seemed cleaned.
Very good communication, I needed a change of calendar and it all went smoothly, greatly appreciated!
Old building, but remodeled and very clean apartment , super comfortable mattress for good sleep, close to mall, shopping and short walking to the city center, host is very very friendly and polite
