The location and the restaurant although I am not sure it was part of the hotel as we came by the same restaurant in the city center (with the same name). They are also flexible as we had to change the room type a week before our arrival and this was handled properly.
If you travel with your car, you can park in front of the hotel, which is also a bonus in this neighbourhood.

Perfect place for both a short and a longer holiday - musts are the Roman forum and at least the nearby history museum and art gallery. The Neolithic dwellings museum is a walking distance away from the centre. The pedestrian and bazaar areas are full of nice cafes and restaurants. There are several beautiful parks in Stara Zagora worth a visit. The city has a pleasant atmosphere and people are friendly and helpful.

I'm guessing people have a specific reason to go there. I had one, which was travelling and performing with the choir I'm in. I really liked Stara Zagora and I would go back again. Lots of parks and green spaces. Lovely cafes and restaurants. Really useful market and shops. Lots of walks to go on. Easy to get to countryside.

I was there for 1 night for business. The hotel is in a horrible place between a building site, a housing estate and behind a damp yard and a dilapidated facade. It looks nothing like on the photo and the proprietors should be fined for deformation. I hwve taken photographs as an evidence. However, I know the booking.com will do nothing to refind my money, so i am not going to fight for my losses. I am a business partner on booking.com and my rooms are impeccable and luxurious compared to this hotel.

Stara Zagora is a very clean city. The city centre is well maintained. The Ayazmoto park is wonderful, with lots of facilities for the kids. A rope garden route for the kids in the park is for free. The zoo is nice, with lots of animals in well maintained cages and yards. People are friendly and helping. You have a feeling of being welcome to Stara Zagora.
The hotel is easy to find, good location, if the hotel parking is full you can find free spots across the street.
Inside every thing is new and it looks great, the rooms are big, extra large beds....we asked for matrimonial bed and it was a 200x200 cm bed....very nice.

This hotel was amazing, I am traveling a lot but nothing to compare with. People in hotel service were very good intended. Hotel condition and location were over my expectation. I was very well surprised. If you pass by then you must check in for a good price offer. It is new and looks untouched. My car was picked up by stuff and parked somewhere under the hotel, I don't know because in the morning car was arriving in the front of the hotel :-).
Very nice furnished and clean apartment, equipped with everything you need. For our small girl, there was even a feeding chair and baby bed was provided on request too.The air conditioning in both rooms helped to have a cool stay in the hot day. The host recommended us excellent places to eat and helped us with all our questions where to find what in Stara Zagora. Thanks!
We had a wonderful stay at Семеен Хотел Берое. The room was spacious, clean and we had a wonderful view from the balcony. You can park right in front of the hotel. The dinner as well as the breakfast was very delicious. And the owners were really nice and helpful. We can definitely recommend staying there and hope that we can come back someday.
Pleasantly surprised by the Dream. Clean, nicely decorated and well appointed hotel. Big rooms and big beds. Nice helpful lady at the reception desk.
Restaurant with indoor / outdoor dining and an extensive menu. Breakfast options - Bulgarian or English. CCTV monitored car parking. Great value for money, cheap can be cheerful 😁
Exceptional staff!! They are very polite and will go to any lengths to help you be more comfortable! This very basic hotel lives and dies by the value of its staff. I hope they keep these amazing workers!
- Great plant kingdom between floors! - it was like a jungle! Kudos to those who maintain these plants!
The location could not have been better for the Stara Zagora Marathon. It was exactly at the start/finish line. Perfect! The place was cozy, clean and well-maintained. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. The host was very friendly and easy to reach. I highly recommend this place.
This property is outstanding and I would use it again for a stay in Stara Zagora, you can park up and everything is within easy walking distance. We both have restricted mobility so not able to do long walks. This location meant we did not need to.
Would highly recommend this property
the most comfortable room we experienced from all our trip to Bulgaria. Tidy room, clean design and excellent bed.
The receptionist are fluent in English, very polite and welcoming. The hotel is modern and well maintained.
reasonable price for the given quality.
I really liked that the staff could remotely open the door for us as we arrived very late in the night. We found a really spatious, comforrable and clean room perfect for 1 night while being in transit. I recommend this hotel for longer stays also.
Excellent, fine, sophisticated, comfortable, relaxing, haute cuisine, friendly and competent staff, beautiful and easy to reach location close to the city of Stara Zagora offering culture and entertainment!
Great location. We'll appointed, simple, yet beautiful room. Very clean, looked new. Bathtoom had a shower stall that closes well so the rest remains dry. It is a small hotel yet it looks grand.
Location of the hotel is in city center and the area is quiet. You can find parking spots near the hotel (payable, but on Sundays). The suite has a balcony but is small.
