Although it is not a historic city nor a place for spending holiday I love Campo Grande because of its center full of restaurants (especially Japanese), Feira Central, Mercadao Municipal and a park with capybaras. Large capital (1 million inhabitants) with good restaurant options, 3 large shopping malls, a nice central park and relatively safe. It's a big city nonetheless, nothing special about it. The museums are not great, there's an aquarium still in construction. Campo Grande is a nightmare to navigate so make sure you plan in advance and use a Sat Nav if you can. Lot's of one way systems and no left or right turns. Once you take a wrong turn it's almost impossible to navigate back. We added 2 hours to our drive time getting to Foz Igaucu, because we missed an exit on a round about and it made it extra hard as we weren't use to driving on the other side of the road?!!MariaUnited Kingdom - 8.0Scored 8.0

Didn’t have enough time to rate properly as it was stopover on the way to Bonito but it seemed a modern safe city with all the amenities you would expect was perfect for us to relax and recharge and shop while on our travels

While in Bonito, I missed the breakfast and decided to cancel another hotel reservation and go back to Deville on the return trip. Also, the staff was AWESOME, friendly and always willing to assist. Considering I do not speak Portuguese well, it was greatly appreciated. Lastly, the Hotel is within walking distance to the park, the Mall and several restaurants.
