40 meter chalet, with 1 double bed, 3 single beds, 2-burner cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker (no filter required), blender, vacuum cleaner, Consul water drinker, crockery, cutlery, pans + pressure cooker, air conditioning, ceiling fans, gas shower, and blackout curtains. 150 meg Wifi, TV with Sky TV with 180 channels and Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and YouTube ***all with free access*** (via Fire Tv Stick 4K attached to the TV). Located in the BEST GOVERNED CONDOMINIUM IN MARESIAS, within a legal reserve in the Atlantic Forest, and with many leisure options, in addition to the beach, waves and beautiful people. We have a beautiful and comfortable environment with a differential view of the relaxing and incredibly beautiful Atlantic Forest in the background. Window with transparent mosquito net, to enjoy the view and clean air free of insects! :D NOTE: Guests are required to bring their own bed linen and towels, as well as personal hygiene products.
The condominium and all its indoor leisure options are available to guests from 8 am to 11 pm, with: 2 swimming pools (adult/child and semi-Olympic), 2 jacuzzis, gym, dry and wet saunas, playground, 2 tennis courts , 1 beach tennis court, 1 sports court, games room, hammocks, barbecue with sink/fridge/outdoor dining table, parking spaces for 2 cars, and beach service that provides 1 umbrella and 2 chairs per apartment. In the apartment there are 2 additional beach chairs and a large cooler (thermal box), being necessary to bring them back to the apartment when returning from the beach. Note: 1) For barbecue use, prior reservation is required, made by us, with an additional fee; 2) Check in time: 15:00hs; check out time: 1 pm (no more flexibility possibilities).
In terms of security, our condominium has a 24-hour concierge, with highly trained staff, and camera monitoring by internal staff and external security company, including inspecting the beach (area in front of entrance 18). We are in front of entrance 18 of Praia de Maresias, on the side of Canto do Moreira, just crossing the avenue in front of the condominium, and with up to 2.5 km away from the main restaurants, bars and super markets. VISIT OUR INSTA: housing31_29_maresias guest access It is necessary: 1) supply of data (name and ID) of all guests, for the release of access to the condominium, carried out at the concierge at the time of check-in; 2) signature of the term of knowledge of the condominium rules, and the use of an identification bracelet, for greater control, organization and security, ensuring a familiar environment for all. 3) compliance with the condominium rules, provided at check-in. Failure to comply will result in a fine to the lessee. 4) keys to the apartment must be picked up at the concierge at check in, and returned at the same place, at the time of check out.
