The breakfast was good, The room was good. The only complaint was I couldn't get comfortable in the bed. I only got a few hours sleep. My Husband found it to hard, we did appreciate the 4 pillows.

Lovely home in a mature, quiet neighbourhood. We stayed in the lower suite. The room was very cozy, bed was comfortable and it had a kitchenette with some drinks and snacks provided. Outdoor property is gorgeous and would love to come back and enjoy it in warmer weather. Breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruit salad, frittata, hearty bread, homemade salsa, homemade jam and delicious bottomless cup coffee. Hosts, Eleanora and Dave, were very welcoming. We can definitely recommend this B&B.

The unit wasn't properly (professionally) cleaned at all, Lets talk furniture and curtains....The cleaning staff lack attention to detail. There were long black hairs found throughout the unit, worse in the bathtub and bathroom floor, both of us have buzz cuts and our dog is a short haired schnauser and just had a short haircut. Theyre not ours! There's a spiders nest and web in the corner of the livingroom, I hate spiders. The dining table chairs were stained and dirty, the couch could use a good steam clean as well. We had to clean down the refrigerator handle, there was stuck on hardened food. The curtains within the unit could use a good cleaning. The kingsize bed wasn't comfortable at all. Right side of bed is indented from a larger guest or multiple guests who have damaged it over time. There are no mats for your boots or shoes during Winter when you enter the unit, resulting in water on the floor which we attended to and used one of our own towels as a mat during our visit. The shower is soft water and the base of the tub doesn't have a bath mat nor no slip strips to prevent a wipe out. You take your shower with your life in your hands. I'm not young and have back problems, I showered once during our 3 day stay. It was too dangerous. Some positives, It's close to necessary shops and services which is nice. There is free parking, however very tight. Another guest parked so close to us, we had to get into the drivers seat via the passenger seat. The unit comes equipped with a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Dishes and cutlery are also available. The unit also had coffee and tea which was a nice. The bathroom had body soap and shampoo, we travel with our own but is good for people who may have forgot or don't regularly travel with these items. One other issue was we could hear other guests having a full blown argument in the unit below us. Sound travels and is intrusive.
Boasting river views, Riverside Villa features accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 50 km from Stratford Festival Theatre.

The property was spotlessly clean and beautifully and tastefully furnished and decorated.
The location was fantastic, close to the highway and around an hour east to Toronto and an hour the other way to Niagara Falls.

As I am a visitor from the UK who doesn’t drive I found the transport very useful as Canada is such a vast and open country. Unfortunately it didn’t go to some of the places I wanted. There was also travel disruption so it limited my visits. The improvements that are underway look very promising but at the moment caused too many problems for me especially as I wanted to get to St Jacob’s Farmers market. Better if you have a car.

The staff member at check in was very difficult to understand, she spoke very quietly and very quickly. There was a great deal of noise in the hallway at 2 am with people talking loudly and slamming doors, for at least an hour. None if the fans or temperature control worked, room was very hot and stuffy. When we mentioned our concerns at checkout they didn't really seem to care. Said we should have come down to the front desk to complain about the noise. At 2 am in pajamas? Not even free parking offered as compensation.

We visited Christmas week so a lot of amenities closed.
We visited Christmas week so a lot of amenities closed. Malls were busy with sale shoppers. Overall people in Kitchener were very friendly. There were lots of food locations with a variety of types available to dine. The museums we were able to visit were clean and well presented with interesting information about the area. Kitchener was central to a number of outlying interesting communities with antiques, box stores and outlet stores. Not nearly as much hustle and bustle atmosphere as in much larger cities. Vehicle traffic was good. Would highly recommend Kitchener.

Kitchener is quite a nice place to visit: the downtown area is attractive and it's easy to see the sights on foot. Several good restaurants and pubs are available, and if you enjoy browsing in bookstores you're in luck: there are several right on King Street, which is the main drag in Kitchener and on into the adjacent municipality of Waterloo. If you have time and enjoy walking, definitely venture into the city parks and the residential neighborhoods that adjoin downtown: they're lovely.

Thought of it as lovely suburb of Toronto.
Thought of it as lovely suburb of Toronto. In fact nothing but easier way to.get there. Really nothing for tourists. I thought airport like a junior high version of airport. Taxis difficult if not impossible to come by but with working ATM. Nationwide computer failure by Rogers did not help.

I went to Kitchener from Toronto (Etobicoke) on the first day of December to see the Bingemann Gift of Lights drive-thru--excellent. The next day I went to the St. Jacob's Market and Outlet Stores. I went around 10 am--perfect time to go in the winter months--not too crowded--excellent! Thankfully both days were great weather-wise--sunny in the AM.
Drivers are like Montreal drivers--terrible and very fast. Need a GPS to get around--very, very confusing City to get to events
A new and well stocked apartment. The location was great as I could get a tram/train outside the main entrance. The concierge was more than helpful when I arrived and sorted all my questions. It was good to know that there was someone there most of the time. (I didn’t meet the host so the rating is for him.) The only reason I have not given a full marks is the town of Kitchener which has at the moment got a lot of construction which disrupted the transport occasionally. Top marks though as all the improvements look good.
Unique and serene backyard filled with plants and several water features. Huge Poi fish pond as the main point of attraction. Several seating areas to relax and contemplate all the surrounding beauty. Pristine bedroom with private entrance, a comfortable bed and attention to every detail. Very thoughtful and welcoming hosts!
The hotel was well located. The restaurant was terrific even though they didn't have our reservation for dinner in the system- thankfully they were still able to accommodate us. Parking was close by and ended up being free because of leaving on a Sunday. I would recommend this hotel.
Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The pool is good, but they have taken out the spa (covered over with cement) and the sauna did not seem to work. The arcade/bowling/mini putt that is located in the lower level is pretty outdated. Hotel staff were great and very accommodating.
It's a very spacious appartment with everything you might need for a couple of days but also for a longer stay. More than enough off-street parking space and at a very convenient location close to the main roads. And if you want to it's walkable to Kitchener main street.
There were a lot of kindle staff, the place is beautiful, the room is very clean. All the facilities work very well. Also, the hotel is situated in the city centre which there a good public transport. Everything is excellente. The breaksfast was perfect, I do recommend.
We really like this place. Its an amazing space with amazing hosts in it. Loved the vibe or this place. Great at communicating & left me clear instructions. Excellent place to get some rest when you have got an early flight to catch out of Kitchener Waterloo.
Location was great breakfast in bed with my new gf priceless. Literally did me a world of wonder and when we slept late on the morning of checkout everything went smoothly. We came, we saw, and we enjoyed Kitchener thanks to the Weber suites
The property is spacious with all the basics you may need for your stay. Confidently located (walkable to downtown Kitchener) and close to a bus stop into town or a 10 min walk to the tram stop for Waterloo. Great value for money.
