This spacious 3 bedrooms private entry suite with 1460 sqft and 10' tall celling. Offers a spacious living room with kitchenette, new laundry, an extra large covered patio, BBQ with a side Burner, and outdoor lounging with a newly built Cabana Garden Shed. Ample parking for multiple vehicles. Sleep well in comfortable 2 king & 1 queen beds. The master bathroom has modern log cabin style. Desirable location: only 10 min drive to downtown Kelowna, City Park and beach. 12 wineries within 5-10 minutes drive. Upgrade the kitchenette is equipped with newly electrical appliances, such as electric hotplate, air fryer, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keuring coffee machine, kettle, cookware and utensils, easy to cook simple healthy meals. The large living area has high speed Wifi and a 65" 4k Smart TV with Netflix. Lovely private covered patio and the new Cedar Cabana Garden Shed are perfect for a staycation, work-from-home alternative, or for families. Sitting on the patio with a cup of coffee, enjoying the stunning panoramic sunrise valley view in the morning; Drinking a glass of wine, looking at the glittering Kelowna city lights at night. Over 10 wineries within 5-10 minutes drive, minutes to drive to Safari Ridge Adventure Park, Rose Valley Regional Park with fantastic hiking & biking wilderness trails, beautiful Kalamoir Regional Park with swimming and hiking; Nesters Market, Xtreme Landmark theatre. Three major ski hills are within an one hour drive - Big White, Silver Star and Apex, as well as several cross country ski hills such as Sovereign Lake Nordic Club.
