COVID Certificate
As of September 13th, 2021, our Horizon10 Restaurant, Lobby Bar as well as our Executive Lounge can only be visited when having a valid COVID-19 certificate.
The certificate must state that you are either fully vaccinated or have recovered from COVID-19. Alternatively, access will be granted to guests with a negative test certificate. The certificate must not be older than 72 hours (PCR-Test) respectively 48 hours (Antigen-Test).
All certificates must be presented on paper or within the official “COVID Certificate” mobile application. Furthermore, all presented certificates must be compatible with the current EU/Switzerland format.
Furthermore, the same rule applies to guests who would like to access our Fitness Center. Please visit our Front Desk to have your certificate validated and to be granted access to the Fitness Center. These regulations do not apply to guests under the age of 16.
Who needs to have their certificate converted into a Swiss certificate?
All guests who have a Covid certificate that is not compatible with the EU system. Affected are guests from third countries (e.B. USA, Gulf States, South Korea, UK). Persons who have been vaccinated in an EU member state should already have an EU certificate that is also valid in Switzerland.
Furthermore, recovered persons from the EU and third countries can also apply for a Swiss Covid certificate. On this website you can fill out an application form and upload the relevant documents
