Every aspect of this hotel is first class. The check in staff is extremly helpful. Breakfast is excellent . Location was perfect for what we wanted to see and do . It's a beautiful place with the most comfortable bed I've been in a long time, everything is very well-kept. There is a mini bar in the room, so you can buy some stuff to keep and snack. The pool is very fresh, not too suitable for colder days, but definitely a nice place to get some rest. Nearby, like a block away, you can find the "ciclovía" and take a run, there's a mall close by. I really enjoyed my stay. The cleaning staff is very nice and attentive. There's a space in the kitchen with (instant) coffee, and tea, to drink anytime.

Excellent service in the excellent property. Casa Esmeralda has a unique architecture, new , clean and the friendlies service I hav eever met. The owner of the Hotel Sebastian speaks perfectly English and it a great asset for most not speaking Spanish visitors. he and his mother provide extremely hospitality so you have the feeling that you are visiting a close family relatives.The staff of the hotel is very accurate and friendly, I strongly suggest if you are visiting cali and you have to be in the south part of the city to visit the hotel.

The place is so homely and cosy. Everything was super clean, and it was great to sit in the balcony when the sun was not too strong. The bed was clean and comfortable. Also, we could work both in the room and in the common area downstairs. The cats made the ambience even better. Such cuuute and nice cats! You can definitely feel that the cats and the place are loved and taken care of well by the owners. It was a definitely good find and a place to stay for us as a couple. For a solo visitor, it will be good as well. The place is safe and quiet. And all the great sites, like Unicentro and other shopping malls and restaurants are only 5 min away by car. The owners were very helpful in every matter.
