The staff helped wonderful with the issue to get in contact with Booking com. I would never be able to reach them myself. It has cost the staff more than an hour to solve the problem, but the persistence was ever lasting. Great.

the host Lily is soo friendly and helpful, I really appreciated that. She helped me organizing a tour to the desert with an amazing guide, I could stay one more night without problems and also the rest of the staff is really nice. the room was clean and the bed comfortable, it has AC, breakfast included and there is also a pool. I definitely recommend staying here!

It's a very clean and well maintained property. The rooms are small but have everything you need, in the communal area there are hammocks and the pool has lounge chairs.

This is a clean and decent hotel. The hostess is so friendly and helpful. She offered me coffee when I arrived early in the morning and let me store my bags for free when I was camping in the desert. The hotel is good and the hostess is excellent!

The lady called Lily was very helpful with everything especially with my bus request. Breakfast was delicious and my room was being cleaned everyday. The price of the tour was very fair.

It is a very nice place in this little town. The owner is so helpful and courteous! There is a big pool where you can swim and also a playground for kids! They have the best laundry service i had in colombia . And also the breakfast is very delicious.I would come again.

Die Zimmer sind klein, aber durch den Laubengang sprich Innenhof hat man eine schöne Erweiterung. In den Sitzecken gibt es auch Deckenventilatoren zum anschalten. Die Klimaanlage läuft super. Der Pool ist sehr angenehm zum täglichen abkühlen nach den Touren. Das Hotel liegt zentral und jedemenge Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Gekühlte Getränke sind auch an der Reception verfügbar. Der Bus hält direkt am Hotel auch zur Abholung (sollte aber im Vorfeld kurz besprochen werden 8-)) ) Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sehr sauber!!!

Nous avons tout aimé , l accueil , le calme , la piscine, dans le village, idéal our aller au désert , sur la rivière Magdalena,. Une remarque particulière pour James ,fils de la responsable decl hotel . Il parle anglais pour nous c était formidable , ne parlant pas espagnol . Il nous a fait le guide pour toutes nos sorties . Il est efficace , adorable, j avais pris 3 nuits , pensant que c était trop , pas du tout , nous avons fait le désert gris le matin de 8h a 12h grande marche , une belle boucle , l après-midi la rivière Magdalena , le lendemain désert rouge le matin , l après-midi piscine et en soirée Observation d astronomie Je recommande totalement cet hôtel

Un petit paradis !!!! le lieux à proximité avec le centre ville on trouve tous les restaurants autour et la vie du village. Le lieux est super calme et serein le personnel aux petits soins d'une gentillesse inégalable. Ils nous ont aidé à trouver un guide pour visiter le desert "gustavo" super matinée avec lui. Ils nous a donné plein de bonnes idées.
