It's a really cozy and quite Hostel, close to the beach and supermarket. I slept in a 4 dorm room and it was a lot of space for everyone and super comfortable beds. I enjoyed the garden a lot! Super friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking and a great place to connect.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location to walk to the beach and into Bahia and Uvita. Very happy with Kinsu, the restaurant next door: breakfast, lunch,dinner and cocktails were great. This is not included in the price but good price/quality relation. I also liked having weights and an area to workout. Beds/rooms were comfortable, even though it was warm and humid when we were there.

The property has beautiful gardens and has a very peaceful atmosphere. The bed’s are very comfortable. The staff maintain the place to a high standard and are so friendly and hospitable! I look forward to staying again. There is a grocery store under 10mins walk away, a bus stop within 5mins walk, a restaurant next door and many near by, as well as the beach 5 mins away (requires entry fee).

I've been travelling in Costa Rica for more than 4 months and Karandi was the best hostel I've stayed at so far. Super friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, the property and facilities are very clean and the outdoor kitchen is well equipped. They have a beautiful garden with some hammocks and you can observe lots of birds and other animals. Every dorm has a veranda to chill which is very nice. Right next door is a restaurant with super tasty food and to the beautiful beach it's only a short walk. I've stayed at the hostel for 2 weeks and enjoyed it a lot as it's perfect to relax and you feel super comfortable

The owner and staff are the best hosts I've met in Costa Rica, they take care of this place like its their home, down to the little details. I felt very comfortable here. The whole place is always kept very clean. The hammocks, plants and wildlife on the property are such a great touch. The restaurant provides amazing meals with a bar area for the evenings.
