Teplice (pronounced Teplitsa) is a spa town, with a small area of historic buildings in the centre. It is well served by trolleybuses and buses to all areas. Pivovar Monopol is a large brewpub in the main street, with at least four of its own beers on tap - lovely!

The countryside is beautiful.
The countryside is beautiful. The town is pretty much monotonous and boring. The buildings in the residential areas, however, are mostly pleasant and well kept. Unfortunately, conventional cafes are almost nonexistent. Transportation iş excellent.

It has a nice atmosphere, provides high level services and what I especially do like is the architecture style of the building and desing of the interiors (Fin de siecle, Art déco). The atmosphere is that of a cosy family hotel, in a lovely building. A quiet hotel close to the Beethoven park and a walk up the hill. The center is five minutes walking, very attractive location with a safe parking spot right next to the hotel. Breakfast was always fresh and a choice of breakfast types were available.
