Ars Vivendi is located in the village of Strasen on the banks of the Großer Pälitzsee Lake. The guest house features a large garden. The light, spacious rooms and apartments at Ars Vivendi all feature large windows, a seating area with TV and a private bathroom. Rooms are decorated in warm colours and furnished with wooden furniture. The picturesque village of Strasen is surrounded by lakes and green countryside in an area popular for fishing, hiking and nature trails. The Schleuse waterway cuts through the village. Boasting an extensive palace garden with orangery, the historic town of Neustrelitz can be reached in 25 minutes by car. Rheinsberg Castle and gardens are 20 km away.

In 2006 my daughter and I found out this charming property for our individual desires and needs. The barn - ars vivendi - is committed in literally the art of living. Integrated in a climate of well-being a quiet and relaxed atmosphere is created that is geared to the modern customer needs for mental and spiritual recovery. The individually designed apartments with lake views and the lovingly landscaped grounds with direct access to the lake serve as a retreat and promote the integral deceleration from everyday life. You are welcome to be allowed to start early in the morning with a refreshing dip in the "Great Pälitzsee" and plan your trips to the varied Environment. Your hostess and her team will be happy to provide furhter advices.
Untouched nature, wonderful silence and a hugh variety of different activity offers invites you to the area around the small village Strasen. In the area there are many interesting offers for your active holiday: * Bathing, rowing, canoe or raft, boating or just relaxing in the sun - whether directly from our private dock on "Great Pälitzsee" or at one of the many idyllic lakes surround us - for water sports enthusiasts, there are countless possibilities. * A well-developed bike and hiking trails with direct access from Strasen invite for day trips by bike or by foot - It's not surprising that Strasen passes right on international long-distance Cycle Route Berlin-Copenhagen? * Rich fish stocks and a widely held Lakelands create the ideal basis for fishing in untouched nature - You are welcome in rent a boat. * experience nature and discover the local flora and fauna in its originality.
