I got a room up on the 3rd floor, while i put my bicycle into the garage the friendly receptionist carried my bags up. That hasn't happened to me in years. I also liked the restaurant, great food for every tastebud.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is well situated being approx 5 minutes walk into Kleve town centre. Hotel provided a locked secure cycle store in the hotel car park that we used for our motorbike, which was fantastic. Breakfast was very good.
