We felt like as we were at our home. There was everything you need to accommodate and cook. The rooms and bed linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. They had an office near the apartment and they could provide whatever you need such as iron etc. They had a good communication and made their best to have a nice stay. The apartment can be reached with subway from Hamburg city centre but you have to walk 15-20 minutes after you get off the subway.I think the bus is avaliable but we didnt use it. If you have a car, it is comfortable to reach without traffic. Actually as a group we thought we made right decision to stay there rather than staying Hamburg city centre. The neighbourhood was formed of some industrial offices and homes. The cheap shopping center, Turkish market and car rental companies are very close.
