The well-furnished apartment “Ferienwohnung Roth” is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Überlingen, only a short drive from the lakeshore. The 75 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dinner table, 2 bedrooms (one with a single bed) as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television, a baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair. The apartment has 2 balconies, from which you can enjoy nice views of the lake and the Alps with your morning coffee. From the apartment, you can reach a bakery after 800 m or a 9-minute walk, a supermarket is 1.1 km (a 14-minute walk or 4-minute drive) away, and after 850 or a 10-minute walk to the charming centre of Überlingen, you will find many cafés, restaurants and the train station. Furthermore, you can walk to the ferry terminal by the promenade in 16 minutes (1.4 km). By ferry, you can cross the lake to the shores near Konstanz. A 6-minute drive (2.2 km) away, the closest beach, Strandbad Überlingen, invites you to swim in the clear blue water in the midst of a fantastic lake and mountain panorama. You will reach the picturesque old town centre of Konstanz after a 44-minute drive (42 km), and in winter you can reach a ski lift after a 28-minute drive (25 km).
