Die 80 Quadratmeter große Ferienwohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock unseres Haues und verfügt über eine Küche, ein Esszimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit Balkon. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Backofen, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspülmaschine voll ausgestattet. Das Esszimmer verfügt über eine gemütliche Sitzecke. Im Wohnzimmer stehen Ihnen ein Sofa sowie TV und Radio zur Verfügung. Das separate Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett und einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind kostenfrei vorhanden. Vom Schlafzimmer aus haben Sie Zugang zu Ihrem eigenen Balkon. Das Badezimmer verfügt über Dusche, Waschbecken, WC und Fön. Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer sind vorhanden. Auch Bademäntel sind inklusive.

Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete und komplett neu renovierte Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, umgeben von Wald und Wiesen und ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Sie ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren.Geführte Wanderungen auf Wunsch möglich. Es ist ein abschließbarer Raum für Fahrräder vorhanden. Hier können auch kostenlos E-Bikes geladen werden. Der große Garten verfügt über einen kleinen Pool mit Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen, sowie einem Freisitz mit Grillmöglichkeit. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
