We are the owner and operator of these apartments. Our target is to guarantee visitors a pleasant stay in the apartments. As we live in the house ourselves, it is a special concern of ours. Our apartments are located in one of the most beautiful quarters of the center of Cologne, in the AGNESVIERTEL. The name of this quarter comes from the Agnes Church, built in the neo-Gothic style. There are numerous restaurants with various international specialties. Likewise, shopping opportunities for the food industry, textiles and small goods. The attractions of our city, such as zoo, flora, cable car, Cologne Cathedral, the Rhine shipping and old town, museums, are in the immediate vicinity, within walking distance (about 2 - 3.5 km) or about 15 minutes' walk from our adress. Nevertheless, the house, which is located on an avenue, is very quiet. All apartments are equipped with new mattresses, toppers, pillows and protective covers, as well as new bed linen. Disinfectant dispensers are also not missing. For visitors arriving by car, there is parking on Innere Kanalstr. from No. 214 for 5.00 euros / day. This is approx. 300 m away. However, there is no guarantee of a free space. Of course, the visitor can also park directly in front of the door. However, this is considerably more expensive as these parking spaces are reserved for residents.
