Though the room was very small, it was clean and sufficient for a two-day business trip. If you would like to spend more time at the hotel I would recommend at least another room category. The hotel is not in the middle of Schwabing with its restaurand, stores and bars, but it takes only a few station with the Trambahn or Bus to go there.

Fair price, beautiful and well-designed room. It was clean when I arrived and was cleaned on a daily basis. The staff was friendly as well, I checked-in and -out smoothly.

Very clean, nice people, very quiet. Beds are good, with two types of pillows. Location is rather good thanks to tram 12/28 (same line, changing id in the middle). 15 min to reach Karlplatz. No fridge in the rooms we selected. Tiny room, but the lounge on the ground level is the good place to finish the day, better than in room. Breakfast is more than ok. If judged too expensive or you want a lighter one, a bakery is at 10 meters from motel.(an expresso coffee + brezel would cost you only 4 euros). Also a small supermarket is near the bakery, quite convenient, if you want to buy few things for the day.

Very good business hotel. fresh modern and neat. Perfect for a short term stay, wheater its business or private. Breakfast was OK, perhaps a little pricy. Great location in the city. I can recomend it.

Amazing staff, Mr. receptionist (not sure about name) was so kind and helpful and maids too. Rooms are super clean and parking space under building is available by lift - great! Really Close is bus stop and shop with food plus nice italian restaurant.

As expected from a Motel One: basic rooms but clean and with everything you need. The room we had was super quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is decent (and open till 11. The bar is open till late. The hotel is pretty well connected with tram and bus lines but you do need to change once to get to the central station. There are numerous connections from the hotel, leaving every couple of minutes. There is a large supermarket across the road. The bakery is open on Sunday mornings. The call-a-bike bike sharing service has a station a few metres from the hotel which is very convenient.

I have been here several times already. this hotel ha everything you need for a weekender. very clean, small but comfortable rooms, very good sound isolation. Bathroom very clean and well equipped. very friendly and polite staff!!!
