The hotel is or looks like brand new. Located within 3 mins walk from Hamburg HBf or the nearby Bus terminal. Rooms are spacious and there is coffee machine inside which is good addition. Staff are kind and able to help with any hotel-needs (i.e. ironing board). Just ask. There is Turkish restaurant just downstairs. Pretty good.

I had a "small double room" for single use. Room was cosy, nicely decorated, with a lot of morning sunlight, in the 5th floor. Clean, relatively quiet. Nespresso machine. Bed comfortable. Large bathroom and shower. I was feeling good in this room. Staff always polite and helpfull.
