Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet mit liebevollen Details. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt benötigt. Bei der Ankunft stand auch Obst, Getränke und Sekt da als Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und unsere Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ideal, kurze Wege zum Strand und die Stadt.

Unsere Ferienwohnung bietet bis zu 4 Personen auf 35 m² Platz zum Wohlfühlen und Erholen. Die Ausstattung ist modern und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Zur Ausstattung gehört eine komplett eingerichtete Küchenzeile (mit Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine…), Bad mit Dusche oder Badewanne/WC, Sat-TV. Zur Wohnung gehört eine auf dem Hof gelegene Terrasse und ein hofseitig gelegener Parkplatz. Im Schuppen können Fahrräder oder Strandsachen deponiert werden. Auf dem Hof kann bei Bedarf gegrillt werden (Holzkohle oder Elektro). Wir sind Partner der Ostseetherme in Heringsdorf. Sie erhalten dort bei einem Besuch 50% Ermäßigung. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr strandnah in einer ruhigen Stichstraße (nur Anliegerverkehr). Schon nach wenigen Metern haben Sie den Küstenwald erreicht und damit eine Anbindung an das Wander- und Radwegenetz, über das sich die gesamte Insel erschließen lässt. Hinter dem schmalen Streifen des Küstenwaldes hat man in Minutenschnelle den Strand erreicht (Textil- oder FKK- Strand). Ein feiner breiter Sandstrand und das sanft abfallende Ufer garantieren höchsten Badespaß. Selbst in der Hochsaison herrscht eine entspannte und erholsame Atmosphäre.

Neighbourhood information

Koserow verfügt über eine wunderschöne Uferpromenade, die von der Seebrücke bis zum 60 Meter hohen Streckelberg führt, von dem aus sich ein phantastischer Rundblick von Rügen bis Wollin bietet. Koserow ist aufgrund seiner zentralen Lage idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge nach Wolgast bzw. Peenemünde in Richtung Nordwesten oder nach Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck bzw. Swinemünde in Richtung Südosten. Wem dann letztendlich der Rückweg zu weit wird, nutzt die Usedomer Bäderbahn. Das Achterwasser ist an der schmalsten Stelle der Insel Usedom bei Koserow nur etwa 300 Meter vom Ostseeufer entfernt. Auch hier gibt es vielfältige Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung: Segeln, Surfen, Paddeln, Tretboot- oder Motorbootfahrten, Achterwasser-Rundfahrten, Deichwanderungen etc.. Unvergesslich bleibt auch ein Sonnenuntergang am Steilufer des Loddiner Höfts am Achterwasser. Koserow verfügt über eine umfassende touristische Infrastruktur mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zahlreichen gastronomischen Einrichtungen, medizinischer Versorgung, einem reichhaltigen kulturellen Angebot, einem eigenen Bahnhof oder Ausleihmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder oder Paddelboote.
