I received an apartment that was small but very complete with kitchen, laundry machine and dishwasher!. I paid a very good price for a very good apartment, that was not centrally located but very well connected to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn. Supermarkets were also close by, and some restaurants and bar. The building has many other services like swimming pool and gym, that I cannot rate because I didn't use them, but for the price paid it's not very common.
