A cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the city center close to the Old Town and is within a short walking distance. Newly furbished and the place is ideal for short stay or for long stays. Apartment is suitable to adults. It can sleep up to maximum of 3 adults comfortably. 2 in the main bedroom and the 3rd can sleep on the couch in the living room (please check photos) and bedding provided. Situated on the ground floor, you can stay here and feel like home from home. Please respect my place and my belongings as yours. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook meals if preferred. A washing machine is also included which is situated in the kitchen area. The ceiling is made of a special material and therefore it is not allowed to shoot or bursts any champagne corks or anything similar, balls or anything of that kind towards the ceiling as it will damage it. If the ceiling is damaged the fine is 900 EUR
