The reort was very well planned and had all the facilities you could thik of, with no need to step outside. They even had small kiosks and shops to buy clothes and souvenirs. We've stayed at lots of resorts and lots of all-inclusive ones, and by far, this was the best of them all. The staff were exceptional! Each and every one of them went out of their way to make us feel completely pampered. The food quality and variety was excellent. We had the option of going to the a la carte restaurants for dinner, but the food at the buffet restaurant was so good, we never ventured out. My husband and kids also visited the waterpark and came back very impressed. There were lots of slides and rides, but they were most impreseed by how clean everything was and how well maintained. Have recommended the resort to all our friends and will definitely go back. This time for longer!

Located by the Red Sea in Madinat Makadi, this resort is 5 minutes’ walk from its own private beach. Facilities include regular nightly entertainment, a diving centre and outdoor pool. The elegant rooms at Jaz Makadi Star & Spa feature private balconies that overlook the garden or pool. Each room is spacious and offers a tea/coffee maker and satellite TV. Guests can enjoy a wide range of food and beverage options, with over 10 different restaurants and bars. Drinks and light refreshments are available at the El Negma beach bar. Jaz Makadi has a scuba diving, snorkeling center on site, allowing guests to explore the coral reefs of the Red Sea; water sport facilities, windsurfing, diving, snorkeling, canoeing and also horse riding all are applicable to the guest convenience with an extra charge. Feel light and beautiful with our Mividaspa, which includes offers reviving and reinvigorating treatments, water therapies, massages, relaxation programs and beauty services at an extra charge. Jaz Makadi Star and Spa is 3 km away from Makadi Water World Aqua Park which is accessible at an added fee, and less than 10 minutes’ walk from the shops, restaurants and bars of Souk Makadi. Hurghada Airport is 30 km from the hotel and on-site parking is free.
