Overall we enjoyed the stay. Good for two people. The appartment is facing south-west so it takes a little time until the sun starts shining in. All of the windows open so we enjoyed the little breeze at night. Washing machine has dryer function aswell. That was a big plus. There is a little pool and sunbathing chairs in the yard but you must get there early to get them. There is a small shop right in the building for necessities. Welcoming staff was so attentive and explained everything in really good English.

The property exceeded my expectations, the hotel is way bigger than I thought it would be. The staff are all so friendly and really hard working each and every one of them in particular Clara she was fantastic from checking us in to helping us with the bus timetable and showing us all the hotspots on the island . The hotel has 3 swimming pools (1 big pool the main one, 1 smaller and 1 kids paddle pool) the hotel rooms are modern and very spacious the hotel is SPOTLESSLY clean!
They have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant buffet style but there are options for everyone and I between the meal times and all throughout the day they have a pool snack bar which is stocked with pizzas, burgers, hotdogs, chips and fresh fruits and pastries.
The 24 hour snack bar is basic but good enough for a “snack” sandwiches and cakes but you won’t ever go hungry that’s for sure!
Best hotel I have stayed in Europe and I was surprised at how well they do all inclusive. Already looking at booking another stay in a few months. Value for money is 10/10 and the fact this property is only rated a 3 star is crazy very very least should be a 4 star.

Well located and maintained! Staff were amazing. The room was a little dated but spotless and very comfortable. The views were awesome and breakfast was adequate! Great gym and Spa. I’d stay again!

The place is very calm compared to the other places visited along the coast. So if you value silence and peace, it is an excellent choice. We didn´t lack restaurants and shops either. And beach is also OK.

Small little beach.. just 1 restaurant and 1 bar to eat, otherwise a quiet place. Next to another pebble beach area.
It’s a run down area. Maybe in a few years when the promenade connects with San Agustin it will be nicer place

Peaceful place on a very nice small beach. Walking distance to San Augustin and even to Maspalomas if you like walking! Amazing walking paths along the beaches. :) If not, there is a bus stop nearby, very easy and cheap to go anywhere.
