Location of the appartment is the best. It is just across the main railway station, a few minutes from an old city. The appartment has everthing what one needs. There was even coffee and tea left for us. Access to the appartment is really easy and simple. Very clean, very comfortable, balcon is the bonus to have coffee outside. David was very kind, ready to help if needed. Restaurants and coffee are really near by. We would pick this appartment next time for sure.

It is newly renovated! The apartment has modern décor, a living area with a large chaise longue sofa, a flat-screen TV with Smart TV, free pay TV and a dining table with seating for six people. Balcony with views of the city and the Mercado del Carmen, with a great sun in the morning, ideal to have breakfast and start the day with energy. The bathroom shower, hairdryer and towels are included. The towels will be changed for stays longer than seven days. A very coquettish toilet so as not to collapse the bathroom. A large double room where we can install a travel cot if required, the other two rooms consist of two single beds that can be joined and used as a large double bed, the bedding are included. The fully equipped kitchen so that you do not miss anything, include all necessary utensils and kitchenware, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven, blender, washing machine and also has an extendable table. In an auxiliary furniture you have cleaning products, board and iron Air conditioning in all rooms and free WiFi.
We are a young couple, new to this tourist rental experience, but certainly eager to learn and make you feel at home. From our travel experience we have taken the best of each place and have developed this project just as we would like to be served when we travel.
Located in the neighborhood of Perchel Sur, facing the Mercado del Carmen and behind the main station of Malaga, where there is a shopping center with supermarket and shops. In addition to 200 meters there is another shopping center and the area is full of bars and shops, but at the same time it is a quiet area without noise at night so that you rest well, since it is a residential building. 15 minutes from the beach of Huelín, a great area of ​​the city to take a bath and then take some espetos or boquerones, without doubt the most typical dishes here. A 20 minute walk from the beach of La Malagueta. Calle Larios is 1km away. 1.5km from Malaga Cathedral and 1km from the port of Malaga. 15 minutes from the Picasso Museum Without a doubt it is a great option for travelers interested in museums, eating tapas, shopping and getting to know the city well without having to move around.
