Beautiful. Great town to visit even for a few days. Beautiful beaches, plenty of eateries. La Amistad, was great to try Fabada and to watch waiters/waitresses pouring cider. Nice friendly people in the town. Quirky little shops. Nice walks along the coast and harbour.

Charming old working port and marina for private fishing boats and pleasure craft. Old quarter is full of handsome buildings, churches and so on, full of character. Lots of visitors but not oppressively touristy. Centre of town has loads of restaurants, with local specialities but also varied.

Llanes is a lively small town which a good range of restaurants, though note most have 8:30pm evening opening. Apart from the local beaches there are other good coastal towns close by. You about centrally placed for access to the East and West ends of the Picos de Europa which are a must visit place.

We really loved the view from the room, which was clean and big enough for a couple days stay. When you take in the price and location it is very good value. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and there is secure parking for motorcycles. Breakfast was tasty and good value at €5.80. We were given some good tips by the reception staff about a lovely walk from the hotel along the cliffs which was stunning in the morning and a wander around the old town was also fascinating.
