The apartment comes with a fantastic panoramic view. Since we live there our self's part times the property is fully equipped with everything you need. The apartment is fully renovated just a couple of years ago.

The sea view is very often comment in ratings after guests have stayed in the apartment. from the balcony you see the village of Estepona at distance and the Gibraltar Rock on your right at distance. It is about 2 kilometers to walk by the just new built Sentido Litoral a beach walk for pedestrian into the harbor of Estepona. There are several golf courses just kilometers away, Estepona Golf, Valle Romano Golf and Azata Golf. We always take the small chairs and go down to beach sunbathe and bring our lunch take a swim in the salted water sometimes snorkeling. Between 1 of June and 30 September the the big pool is open about 22 meters long and a small pool for small children. Normally we go there in the mornings to swim certain amount of lengths and go up to the apartment and have breakfast. Also we walk west by the beach. Or we take the small book with hiking's in the apartment and look up a route to walk for a couple of hours.
