A lovely hotel in a central area. Hosts very willing to help out, sent me some great restaurant recommendations, sent detailed check-in instructions etc. The room itself was very comfortable. Free coffee, water and snacks daily was a nice touch (breakfast not included but the snacks were more than enough for me!)

The staff is super helpful and responsive. Check-in process is very simple and getting in the hotel outside of the reception times is not a problem at all. We liked our room, the bed is super comfortable, exactly what we needed after long days on the island.

The property was tastefully designed and beautifully maintained. The manager Frederic was outstanding. She was knowledgable and really helpful advising us of places to visit. She gave sound advice with the carnival in town. It was quite a spectacle. The street where the hotel is situated is slowly undergoing an upgrade it all needs to follow the example of the Emblematico F24. It’s well situated for walking to many parts of the city.

The B&B is located in a very central area of the capital. The market - Mercado Ntra. Señora de África - is at a 10 minute walk. There's restaurants, cafés and supermarkets around every corner. The room is neat and feels premium in every way. House keeping will tidy the room every day. The staff, and I'd like to mention Raquel in particular, was very helpful in helping me find places (restaurants, beaches, etc.) to go that fit my personal needs. What I love most about the north is the mostly untouched, black sand beaches, the sound of Spanish around you, traditional cuisine and culture, and the overall sense of being on somewhere else than were you life.

Tastefully renovated old townhouse in the centre of Santa Cruz. Really cool rooftop terrace with sunbeds and a dipping pool. Cozy, well equipped rooms. Super helpful, friendly and open management offering plenty of useful tips. There’s an option to leave the car in front of the hotel for a limited time.

I’ve never met kinder or friendlier staff in any hotel I’ve ever been to. The service was absolutely world class. They treat every client with care making sure he/she is comfortable at every stage of their trip. I arrived outside reception hours but every information needed was sent to me directly to my phone before my trip and the contact via text was immediate and helpful (I’ve even got restaurant recommendations). On our last day I was allowed to keep my bags in hotel after checking out. I also loved the design of the hotel. It has tropical and romantic vibe with a touch of traditional Spanish architecture. The selection of natural wood furniture and beautiful details were one of a kind. This place really has a soul.
