In this property we have 3 different apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms, all located in the same building on Caldereria street, with a classic style and completely restored and renovated, without elevator. The 3 apartments are totally exterior and furnished in detail. *During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Neighbourhood information

Caldereria street is located in the center of Malaga, in the old part of the city, a beautiful place to enjoy the many cultural activities offered by Malaga, given its great historical and artistic heritage. The Thyssen Museum, the Picasso Museum and the rest of the important museums are just a few steps away from the apartment. Also the Cathedral of Malaga is a few minutes walk, so it will not be necessary to use public transport or private vehicle to visit the main monuments of the city.
