One of the best hotels we ever visited: a splendid old countryside house with charm and atmosphere - placed on a hill with magnificent views over Mallorca landscapes - an inviting pool area, also with farreaching view - a very friendly and very serviceminded staff.
Also the food and wine was very good.
We would have loved to know just a little more about the history of the hotel and also more indformation about the surrounding (what to see in the neighborhood for instance) - but maybe it was because we didn't ask that much about it. It's not a complain - just a suggestion for the hotel.

Where to begin? From the moment we arrived, our experience at Finca Serena was absolutely perfect. Every member of staff were just wonderful and balanced professionalism with friendliness easily. Our room was spectacular, with plenty of space and stunning decor. We ate at the restaurant both nights and the food was beautiful. Very clever to change the menu each evening so you can eat there again without struggling to find new menu items. We slept perfectly, ate well, and were sad to leave after 2 nights. We feel like we have found a very special retreat that we already cannot wait to return to. It’s also worth noting we are a married gay couple and at no point were we made to feel other during our stay. This is sadly not always the case so credit again to this hotel. Also: the hotel operate a scheme where through donations they offer job opportunities to people who would otherwise not be working (in this case a fabulous cleaner) which is a beautiful thing to do. To summarise: we LOVE this hotel!
