All special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance, although the hotel will do its best to accommodate them.

Bed linen is changed once a week.

Bookings of 9 or more rooms are subject to group terms and conditions. A non-refundable deposit payment of 50% is required at the time of booking. If this deposit has not been received within 48 hours, the booking may be cancelled.

For Bookings of 14 or more nights, please contact the hotel.

The accommodation reserves the right to refuse check-in or cancel the stay if any of the guests show unacceptable behaviour.

In the event of an early departure without justified circumstances of urgency, the accommodation will charge the full amount of the stay.

We remind you that Parque Santiago is a quiet complex, so the noise level should be kept low after 10pm

Please note that the complex is carrying out a programme of improvements to the rooms, so during the year we will be carrying out renovations in different areas. During this period, the works may cause a nuisance, although the accommodation will do its best to keep noise levels and disruption to services to a minimum.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
