Hotel Portmany really is an outstanding hotel - its extremely high rating on booking.com is completely justified. If you are considering staying here then we would 100% recommend you do. Staff, cleanliness, location, service - all fantastic. They even went above and beyond to create a birthday surprise for us. At the end we even gave the staff we encountered a tip (manager, 2 receptionists, 2 housekeeping) because we were grateful for how much effort they clearly put in to make our stay so comfortable and relaxing. We ate every evening at the restaurant downstairs. I'd say it's the best place to stay in Ibiza.

Very good hotel, very friendly and helpfull staff. They operate 24x7, there is always somebody available for you. The room is great. The breakfast is also good and has a wide choice on the menu. The hotel is located near the harbour and in the center of St. Antonio.

Customer service was out of this world. They really care about their visitors and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and happy. The location was also perfect, I would say the ideal location in San Antonio, stunning views over the harbour. The room was the best I've stayed in.

We liked literally everything: starting with the big and comfortable beds, the quiet room in which it is really noticeable how much attention to details they put, the location with the amazing view of the plaza and port, and last but not least the staff: especially Ulrica has been ever so kind, friendly and helpful and who would always go the extra mile, e.g., offering complementary bottles of waters when we went to explore a nearby beach. The breakfast is a la carte from the restaurant in the same building and the menu offers an option for everyone.

Breakfast was amazing, huge menu and you could order whatever you wanted and there didnt seem to be an end time so you had loads of flexibility. Room was huge and gorgeous with every possible detail having been considered (including things like extra towels, clothes rails, sockets, lighting, shutters on the windows, welcome drink and fruit, magazines, cosmetics etc etc etc)! Service was second to none. I will miss the lovely Ulrika who made our stay even more special.
